I don't know what kind of iGPU you have, but Mafia 1 is an old game and any newer CPU should be able to run it no problem on iGPU. I myself had no problem on i3-4030U with HD Graphics and 8GB of RAM. Then again, it depends on the resolution you want to play in.
Use round, bug turn alot. At the end of the long road, make a detour to the right instead of going left like the way point cuz it's a hard 180 turn which pushes your speed to 0 and you blow up. If you go left around the street under the highway you can turn 90 at the end of the mission, giving you enough time to mush "end mission". That's hard!
Newer doesn t always means better. I finished Mafia 2 classic on Win 10 64 bit and i think it crashed only once or twice during the whole playthrough. P.S Mafia 3 crashed or i had to reopen the game 15 times during the whole playthrough because of the bugs ( npc not giving me the mission when i talk to him). 1.
Mafia 1,2, and 3. I believe Mafia: Definitive Edition is a remake of #1 Saints Row 2. Empire of Sin (more management than action). Watch Dogs Legion (could be considered gang-ish). Assassin's Creed Syndicate (AC Black Flag and AC Odyssey may also fit if your interested in pirates). Read Dead Redemption 2.
It's generally a good idea to give Steam subfolders permanent exception in antivirus settings. Chance of downloading virus from Steam games is close to zero I belive. Once you add exception just verify game files and after that I belive it should work just fine. I use Windows Defender. No problems at all.

Yes that’s true an entirely different company did the remaster for mafia 2. But what I’m thinking is if mafia 2 would ever get a remake then that would be after they made mafia 1 and saw how it did. And it looks like it was a success so I think it’s possible. There is nothing I want more than a mafia 2 remake it’s one of my favorite games.
